My art has evolved to an expression of my inner emotional and spiritual landscape. An exploration of the energy relationships with myself, others and my world. I create art for inspiration and process. I ask myself if there is a color or colors to express what I’m feeling and experiencing, then if there are textures, forms or symbols to fill out that expression. Some of my most beautiful and moving work springs from the most intense feelings, even anger or grief… and when I allow that process to unfold artistically, the art also brings those feelings to peaceful and uplifting resolution.
I've always wanted to make a shift, an impact in the world. I feel that I can with my art and writing -- in a way that supercharges me with energy. It's about taking what's inside of me and allowing the universality of my experience and its creative expression to reach out and touch others beyond the mind.
